Appalling service. Cannot stress how angry I am. My wife has a VW Caddy she relies on for work. In for service today. Had a daylight running headlight out and a rear brake light. Also an intermittent tailgait open warning. She asked for all to be replaced and investigated while in for service. Got vehicle back. No bulbs replaced. Fault warnings still there. Service book not even filled in or stamped. 300 service charge. No wash or valet. Looks like left parked there all day and literally nothing done. Will be checking the oil in the morning once daylight as I suspect no oil change either. Not even close to mistake or oversights just plain criminal. Charge the money and do nothing. Taking advantage of women??
Commercial vehicles used by people that work 5 days a week, shutting sat lunchtime at 1oclk not very good. Arrived at 12.30 to unhelpful staff that just wanted to go home; not interested in selling a s/h van. Look elsewhere it would be cheaper & better service
